Fusion Safety activated its ACT(S) strategy, seamlessly integrating Fusion Augmented Safety Team (FAST), an onsite Training Academy, and the HeroCODE Leadership Program—to build a safety culture from the bottom up in Fortis Construction’s first Southeast Asia data centre.

This integrated approach delivered 35+ million productive man-hours and 8+ million incident-free man-hours over a 6-year construction journey—demonstrating what high-reliability safety leadership looks like at scale.

1. FAST Deployment

• Embedded Fusion Augmented Safety Teams (FAST), deliver real-time HSE verification and intervention at the point of work.

2. Training Academy

• Fusion Safety helped to create a purpose built on-site training academy, consisting of both practical, simulated, and classroom training. 
• Onsite academy delivering structured HeroCODE training
• Delivery of immersive, simulated and real-time technical safety awareness training to a workforce of over 5,000 onsite personnel.

3. HeroCODE Program

• Trained 842 HeroCODE Coaches who implemented High Reliability Team behaviours across the workforce.

4. ACT(S) Framework

• Structured implementation across Diagnose, Capability, Coaching, and Calibration phases.
