How it works

Change that sticks

Phase 1
Diagnose

(1 Month )

The client defines the scope (company, country, project, or site).

We assess psychological safety via a culture survey (MOSS, Codebreaker, or custom).

Results guide Executive and ACT(S) Leadership in setting goals and building a tailored strategy.

Phase 2
Prime

(2 Months)

Leadership ownership is critical to successful culture transformation.

In Phase 2 – Prime, we brief Executive Leadership, form the ACT(S) Leadership Team, and equip them to lead implementation.

We then guide the team in setting goals and building a tailored strategy aligned to the scope.

Phase 3
Total Capability

(2-6 Months)

In Phase 3 – Total Capability, we build leadership across the workforce—Formal Leaders, Informal Leaders, then teams via Weak Signals Workshops.

Where needed, we strengthen Critical Risk and Safety Management Systems.

Phase 4
Performance Coaching

6 Months Minimum

Phase 4 – Performance Coaching embeds Phase 3 competencies into daily practice.

The goal: active Collective Safety Leadership built on psychological safety, trust, and empowerment.

Delivered through action learning, in-field coaching, and ongoing refinement of safety systems and technical capability.

Phase 5
Calibrate

1 month

(After 12 months Minimum)

Phase 5 reassesses progress via MOSS or CAT, measuring results against ACT(S) goals and strategy.
We recognise strong-performing teams and identify remaining gaps in OSH leadership and management.

The ACT(S) team then defines the next steps.

Trust built through outcomes, not promises

Fusion Safety has been an integral part of our safety culture in the AP region for several years. What they bring to the table is not just practices and procedures, but the tools to build safety leaders who can influence the safety cultures at our sites. The journey is going from safety compliance to safety commitment, and you can only do this by having committed safety leaders in the field coaching and mentoring all supervisors to be safety champions. Fusion Safety brings that commitment.
