The Safety Culture Assessment (MOSS) provides a clear baseline of your organisation’s safety culture against the core attributes of high‑reliability performance. By assessing real behaviours, routines, and decision‑making across six critical dimensions, it identifies the gap between current and desired culture and enables leaders to target actions that build collective safety leadership and more reliable operations.

This diagnostic tool focuses on six key characteristics: preoccupation with failure, reluctance to simplify, sensitivity to operations, commitment to resilience, deference to expertise, and governance awareness and alignment.
