Culture of Safety Maturity Assessment (CoSMA)

Fusion Safety partners with NIKE to enhance safety culture and management systems within their manufacturing network. We specifically help NIKE’s manufacturing partners prepare for and improve their Culture of Safety Maturity Assessment (CoSMA) scores through a structured, 3-phase program. This program involves a Diagnostics phase to identify improvement areas, a Step Up Program for capability building, and a CoSMA Assessment phase to gauge readiness, aiming for CoSMA Level 3 maturity within 6-9 months.

Fusion Safety, an MOM and SAC approved WSH Auditing Organisation, conducts ConSASS and Bizsafe Risk Management Audits.
