We will work with you to assess the types of behaviours, routines, and habits that already exist in your workplace and organise them in a way that makes sense – mindfully.
How do we do it? Through the Mindful Organising for Safety Survey (MOSS).
We use the MOSS as a diagnostic tool to develop a clear picture of your organisation based on these six characteristics.
